It appears Pharrell Williams’ lofty expectations for his Miami penthouse have come back down to earth. The acclaimed hip-hop artist raised eyebrows in November when he posted the Bristol Tower trilevel in November for a staggering $16.8 million.However, the home has languished on the market for nearly nine months, so the former N.E.R.D. member has reportedly lowered his asking price by nearly $6 million.
